The real reason we drove to Ottawa: skating on the Rideau Canal with a break for Beavertails.

The other reason we came? To eat Poutine and Beavertail.

A perfect weekend all around.

    1. It is so very iconic. What else would you suggest for the “Iconic (eastern) Canada Bucket List”? I was thinking CN Tower, Niagara Falls, Muskoka, Dog Sledding, Maple Syrup Festivals…
